Return/Exchange Policy

• Please ensure that the book you are returning is repacked with the original invoice/receipt.
• We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of defect or if the wrong product has been delivered to you. Contact us by emailing us images of the defected product at admin@booksegg.com or calling us at (+92) 336 151 097 6 (24/7) within 24 Hours from the date you received your order. Please note that the product must be unused with the price tag attached. Once our team has reviewed the defected product, an exchange will be offered for the same amount.
• The Return and Exchange Policy will apply once the product is shipped.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed by calling us at (+92) 336 151 097 6 (24/7).
• Once the order is shipped, you will receive the shipping confirmation via email that contains the tracking information. 
• Booksegg.com may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock*, pricing errors** or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

 Refund Policy

• We are not offering refund in any case.

 *Delivery is subject to the availability of stock.

** Price is subject to change with or without notice. 

Right to Service

• Booksegg.com reserves the right to service or not to service an order.
• Due to contractual restrictions, we reserve the right to supply certain territories.

Packing

• We apply standard packaging to all routine orders. However, if requested, we can gift wrap your order(s). Gift wrapping is Rs. 50.

Shipping

Shipping Charges

• We deliver all orders of Rs. 1500 and above free of shipping charges across Pakistan. However, Rs. 100 shipping charges will apply on all orders below Rs. 1500.

Prepaid Orders

• For all prepaid orders, we offer multiple shipping choices. While placing an order, please choose the choicest method to suit your location from below.

– Courier Service

• In addition to the above shipping choice, you may still request the delivery by any other shipping company. In all such case, you are liable to bear the shipping costs incurred.

Cash On Delivery

• All Cash On Delivery orders will be sent via Pakistan Post Office’s Value Payable Post (VPP).

Delivery Time

Nationwide

• We try our utmost to expedite the delivery of your orders. However, the delivery time may vary according to the delivery method and from location to location. The tentative nationwide time schedule will be as follows:

– 2-3 days for all Prepaid orders
– Up to 7 days for all Cash On Delivery orders

Islamabad

– Same day delivery on all orders received till 1 pm (working days only)*
– Next day delivery on all orders received after 1 pm (working days only)

* Subject to Law and order, bad weather conditions.

On Demand and Out of Stock Orders

• Orders for all On Demand and Out of Stock titles are immediately sent to their respective publishers. We will try to fulfill these orders within the stipulated time.
